Our goal is simple: to create a world-class experience for every caller, every time. **A Day in the Life of an arenaflex Customer Service Representative** As a virtual receptionist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your day will be filled with: * Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to provide customers with the information they need * Listening attentively to customers and collecting data to provide them with basic information about our services and support * Taking accurate notes and detailed messages while speaking clearly on the phone * Scheduling appointments for customers and processing orders and payments with ease * Documenting and reporting calls to the appropriate business, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and efficient **Qualifications of an arenaflex Customer Service Representative** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * To be a resident of AL, FL, GA, TX, or VA * To have the ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors * To be able to follow instructions and work independently * To have strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support * To be proficient in computer skills and have a strong understanding of technology * To be bilingual (optional, but a plus) **Telephony Requirements** To ensure that you can provide top-notch customer service, you'll need: * A landline phone or cellular phone with an excellent cellular connection * A wired headset (preferably) or a wireless headset that offers 8 hours of continuous usage and provides a clear connection without dropping calls **Computer Requirements** To perform your duties efficiently, you'll need: * A processor with a Pentium i5 Quad-core (Equivalent or better) * A minimum of 8GB of RAM * A hard drive with a minimum of 100 GB of storage * Two video outputs for dual monitors (Y-jacks and splitters will not work) * An operating system with Microsoft Windows 10 and above * Monitors with a minimum size of 15”+ and a resolution of 1920×1080 at 100% scaling * Installed software with anti-virus (Windows: Windows Defender only) and malwarebytes as the only permitted anti-malware software * Computer peripherals with a webcam, a plug and play mouse, a plug and play soft-touch keyboard, and an approved USB headset **Internet Requirements** To ensure that you can provide stable and reliable service, you'll need: * A stable Cable or Fiber Ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50MBps download and 10MBps upload * To submit a copy of your current internet bill with your address * To connect your computer via Ethernet (wireless Internet Service or connection is not allowed) **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
