Kinder Morgan, a leading energy infrastructure company, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to work from home in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field...
Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and support
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult customer interactions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience with live chat platforms or customer service software is a plus
