Your responsibilities will include: * **Handling Member Inquiries**: Responding to member calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner. * **Resolving Member Issues**: Investigating and resolving member complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner. * **Providing Education and Support**: Educating members on our healthcare services and providing support to help them make informed decisions. * **Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**: Meeting or exceeding our KPIs for member satisfaction, first call resolution, and other key metrics. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **1 Year of Customer Service Experience**: We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a customer-facing role. * **Strong Communication Skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with members, both verbally and in writing. * **Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to be able to analyze and resolve member issues in a fair and efficient manner. * **Bilingual (Spanish/English)**: While not required, bilingual candidates will receive an immediate $1 per hour bump in pay. * **Background Check**: You'll need to pass a background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our members. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values fun, teamwork, and professional growth.
