Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. **Application and Certification Process** To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to: * Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check * Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor * Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement * Complete a W9 form * Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program **Program Metrics Requirements** Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details. **Availability** As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks.
