Responsibilities:
Monitor patients' heart rate, blood pressure, and other vital signs using telemetry equipment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide patient care, ensuring safety and comfort throughout their stay.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.
Requirements:
Active RN license.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry RN experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
