* Provide accurate and timely information about our services, benefits, and programs.
* Assist clients with eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client satisfaction.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
