Bilingual Spanish Communication Assistant
(Flexible On-Demand Remote)
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) communication assistant to support our team on an as-needed basis.
This is a simple, low-commitment role focused strictly on communication support β not administrative or HR work.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Join scheduled calls to provide live Spanish β English translation
β’ Support communication for:
β’ Client intake calls
β’ Caregiver interviews
β’ Ensure conversations are clear, accurate, and professional
β’ Maintain a neutral and respectful tone when translating
What This Role Is Not
This is not a full-time or administrative position.
You will not be responsible for:
β’ Scheduling
β’ Hiring decisions
β’ Managing staff
β’ HR responsibilities
β’ Daily office tasks
This is strictly a communication support role only.
Qualifications
β’ Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
β’ Strong communication and listening skills
β’ Professional, reliable, and punctual
β’ Ability to translate accurately without changing meaning
Preferred (not required):
β’ Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or customer service
Schedule
β’ Flexible and on-demand
β’ Most calls are scheduled in advance
β’ Typical support ranges from 15β45 minutes per call
Additional Support (Occasional)
β’ Assist with Spanish-speaking new hire orientations when needed
β’ Orientation sessions may be up to 3β4 hours and are scheduled in advance

Important Note

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
