* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality
* Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Portuguese
* Experience working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Ability to work in a 24-hour, multi-day per week schedule, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
* Possession of a valid visa and U.S. visa
