You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations, conducting discussions, and providing support to members who request our benefits. You'll also be responsible for completing paperwork, ensuring quality assurance, and participating in leadership development opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Establish consultations with members to discuss their benefits and provide support and guidance * Conduct discussions with members to understand their needs and provide solutions * Complete paperwork and documentation as required * Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction * Participate in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Maintain accurate records and reports as required **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues * Exceptional customer service and interaction skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues * Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a positive energy and attitude * Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams, including management and staff members * Strong customer service and/or consumer sales experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role * Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a union label benefits firm or a similar industry * Knowledge of benefits and insurance products, including supplemental and long-lasting benefits * Experience with leadership development and training programs * Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues * Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other technology tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
