Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our members, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
