Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and help members navigate our benefits programs.
