**Key Responsibilities**
As an careerzynith Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving success by:
* Educating union members about available benefits and answering their questions
* Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
* Building strong relationships with union associations and their members
* Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to members
**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Fluency in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
