**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and professional communication across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Communicating with customers in a clear and concise manner to resolve their inquiries and concerns
* Scheduling appointments for customers and ensuring timely follow-up
* Identifying the root cause of customer inquiries through probing questions and providing effective solutions
* Utilizing our customer relationship management tool to research and document customer interactions
* Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
* Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service
* Exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm for work, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

* Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, with clear diction, tone, and proper grammar
* Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers
* Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Technical Requirements**

To ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

* Two screens (monitors or laptop) with a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
* Windows 10 or 11 Home or Professional operating system (no Macs or Chromebooks)
* Two available USB 2.0 or greater ports
* USB or wired headset with microphone, volume control, and mute functions
* Integrated or USB camera with 1080p resolution or higher
* Hard-wired internet connection directly to router (no wireless)
* Minimum 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
* Dual Core 1.2 GHz or better CPU speed
* 40 GB or more of available hard drive space
* 8 GB or more of RAM
* Latest version of Google Chrome for Windows
