**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Tire Support Program**

As a remote 1099 Independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Job Responsibilities** As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email * Scheduling appointments for customers * Identifying root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution * Providing customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions * Receiving and responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems * Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service * Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work each and every day * Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar * Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers * Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers * 1 year of experience in a customer service role * High school diploma or equivalent required **Technical Requirements** As a remote 1099 Independent contractor, you'll need to have your own equipment, including: * Two screens (2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop) * Use of Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks) * Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no WiFi) * High-speed internet: minimum 45 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload * A working computer camera * Use of a USB or wired headset with volume control and mute function **Benefits** As a remote 1099 Independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive pay: $14.00 per hour (production) and $12.00 per hour (training) * Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6:00 PM * Training: 10 days, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM * 401(k) plan * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance * Work from home **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
