We're looking for a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers in Thai and English.
**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling back office tickets and providing 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers
* Handling customer enquiries, advices, and suggestions via email or online tools
* Supporting other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests and advices, and providing feedback in the form of documentation
* Handling customer complaints, any special cases, or ad hoc tasks
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A college degree or above
* Proficiency in both English and Thai
* Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry (outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply)
* High level of honesty and integrity
* Proactive and meticulous approach
* A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
* Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed beyond expectation
* Passion for customer service industry and willingness to work under different work shifts, including night shift
* Positive about the crypto industry
**Optional:**
While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:
* English language proficiency certificate
* Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency
