**Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:**

* Ensuring accurate and timely billing for all shipments.
* Generating and reviewing reports, conducting daily audits, and documenting all customer interactions for follow-up.
* Assisting customers with account registration and usage of the company website.
* Meeting performance standards, including call quality, adherence to schedules, and productivity metrics.
