Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, navigating multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently. Communicate professionally and conversationally, utilizing available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, problem-solving skills, and integrity in all interactions. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Successful completion of mandatory training. Previous customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in a contact center or retail environment. Experience with computer processing/data entry software.
