We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temp to hire basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. **Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers via phone, email, and chat

**Essential Qualifications**

- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working in a temp to hire or contract-to-hire environment
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience working with diverse customer populations and resolving complex issues
