**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
* Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
