**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ years of related experience in customer service or a related field
* High school diploma or GED (university/college degree not required)
* Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
