They are seeking an Opportunity Generation Specialist to support their Sales team by identifying prospects, generating new business opportunities, and coordinating meetings to drive pipeline growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach to targeted prospectsIdentify and qualify potential customers based on predefined criteriaCommunicate the value of our solutions clearly and professionally to generate interestCreate and maintain accurate lead, contact, and opportunity records in SalesforceUpdate activity logs and ensure data integrity across all CRM entriesFollow up on marketing-generated leads to push them through the early stages of the pipelineSchedule discovery calls and qualified meetings for the Sales teamEnsure seamless handoff by providing complete and detailed notes in SalesforceManage calendars and align meeting timing across internal account managers and external prospectsWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to ensure a unified prospecting strategyProvide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and common prospect objectionsHelp develop scripts, outreach sequences, and best practices to improve conversion ratesSkills1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, telemarketing, or similar outbound roleStrong communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone and emailExperience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage leads and activitiesComfortable making high volumes of outbound calls dailyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasksOrganized, detail-oriented, and driven by metrics and resultsExperience in B2B sales or SaaS environmentUnderstanding sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDICC, or SPINCompany OverviewEplan offers software and services in the fields of electrical engineering, automation, and mechatronics.
