**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Handling high volumes of incoming calls and providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers
* Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust
* Providing solutions and options to manage complaints and follow up to secure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
* Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
* Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
* Experience with iOS and macOS
* Ability to work nights and some weekends (8am β 6pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 8am β 4pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays)
