**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product expert and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective support
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product line
* Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Fluency in a second language (English is the primary language of communication)
