The SMB Account Executive focuses on growing revenue and long-term success within the existing customer portfolio through consultative upselling and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesConsult with existing class-based customers to understand goals, surface needs, and recommend the right solutionsProactively initiate customer outreach across channels (calls, emails, follow-ups, and demos) based on customer preferencesBuild and run a personal sales operating rhythm (daily, weekly, monthly) to consistently exceed targets and reduce churnDeliver clear, compelling product demonstrations and customer-facing recommendations tied to business outcomesStay current on product updates, releases, partner offerings, and relevant industry trendsManage your pipeline and opportunities in Salesforce.com to track progress, activity, and next stepsForecast results monthly and quarterly with accuracy and consistencySkills1+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in SaaS and/or the health and wellness industryExperience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)1+ years of experience preparing and presenting customer business reviews and/or packaged proposalsStrong consultative selling and discovery skills, with comfort guiding customers through options and tradeoffsConfident presentation skills, including communicating effectively with executive-level stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Comfort learning web technologies and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBenefitsThe total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.Company OverviewMindbody is a wellness experience platform that allows clients to find and engage with fitness, beauty, and integrative health services.
