### What you'll be doing day to day
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders. You'll be the face of careerzynith, building emotional connections with customers through meaningful and empathetic interactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders
* Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager
* Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the careerzynith shopping experience
* Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers
* Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO)
* Offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed
* Providing the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns
### QUALIFICATIONS
* 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent
### Essential Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
### Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Knowledge of careerzynith products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
