**Key Responsibilities:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) preferred
* Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Proficiency in Sabre or other travel management systems (desired)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Working knowledge of travel industry software and systems
* Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field (desired)
