**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls per day, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
* Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information.
* Discussing careerzynith customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
* Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience.
* 6 months or more of call center experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
**Additional Details**
* Hourly rate: $15.00 per hour.
* Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards.
* Must reside within 60 miles of the office location.
* Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training, complete with equipment and support.
* Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training.
* Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday, 7am-8pm; Friday, 7am-7pm; and Saturday, 8am-12pm.
