**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their queries and resolving their issues efficiently
* Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, and respond accordingly
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality customer service
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a unified customer experience
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
