About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to presale inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you will be expected to take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution. Key Responsibilities: Respond to presale inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials Guide customers through the ordering procedure online and address any questions or concerns they may have Address post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and resolve issues Collaborate with external shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners. You will need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need to be proficient in using software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and have experience working in a customer-facing environment.
