The Opportunity blithequark has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our virtual call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage high-volume inbound calls from our customers nationwide, all from the comfort of your own home. By joining our remote team, you'll eliminate your daily commute, saving time and money, and have the chance to work with a high-performing, diverse team. Key Responsibilities Deliver world-class service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone Quote prices for services offered by our retail locations and their partners Provide information regarding stores and services to customers Assess customers' needs and requirements to help drive them into our stores Take back-to-back calls for a full 8-hour shift Thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Maintain customer relationships Use proprietary software programs to track calls Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School diploma or equivalent At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Ability to connect to a modem/internet and have a stable high-speed internet connection Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends Excellent verbal skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment Familiarity with proprietary software programs and technology Experience working in the automotive industry or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
