About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless interactions with our platform. If you're a detail-oriented, self-managing, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries from customers and service providers
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support with bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
Assist service providers with questions or concerns regarding work orders, policy, and software issues
Troubleshoot software malfunctions and provide technical support to customers and service providers
Work collaboratively as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $17.50 to $20.50 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, you'll be eligible for:
