Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the US. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction with our members and providers is exceptional, personalized, and supportive.

Key Responsibilities

Answer questions and resolve issues with individualized customer service based on phone calls from members and providers, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
Utilize multiple applications and available resources to ensure prompt member and provider satisfaction, demonstrating a strong ability to handle calls efficiently in a high-paced call center environment.
Document and track contacts with members, providers, or any additional callers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless follow-up.
Complete outbound calls to members or providers to provide education and/or assist with escalations, showcasing empathy, compassion, and a member-centric approach.
Provide end-to-end accountability for the member or provider, anticipating needs and providing information to answer unasked questions, and guiding members through their plan benefits, policy, and procedures.


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1-2 years of previous call center experience, with a proven track record of handling calls efficiently and providing exceptional customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong focus on detail, quality, and critical thinking.
The ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.
A strong commitment to member-centric customer service, with a drive to be a champion for our members and provide first-call resolution whenever possible.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a health care or insurance environment, with knowledge of plan benefits, policy, and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits
