**What you'll do**

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Reissuing and refunding tickets, as well as rebooking customers on oversold flights
* Performing passenger registration and front seat tasks, including redressing oversold seat tasks and issuing upgrades
* Issuing vouchers and coordinating with vendors for customer accommodations, meals, and transportation
* Processing and completing credit card transactions at ticket counters and activation stations
* Assisting customers with self-service booth registration and stand staff handling at ticket counters
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**What you'll need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Bilingual language skills in certain areas (dependent on location)
* A valid, substantial driver's license as required by local authorities
* The ability to pass FAA background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* The ability to obtain suitable airport power or US Customs security identifications, if necessary
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, thorough background check, or fingerprinting to meet organizational and security requirements
* The ability to work in the U.S.

**Preferred qualifications**

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

* Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service Systems
* Previous customer service experience
* Experience working in a high-speed environment
