UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a passion for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining Design Systems, proficiency in UX tools like Figma. Design Systems: Build, maintain, and apply Design Systems across various digital products to ensure consistency and usability. User-Centered Design: Utilize user-centered design methods, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders in agile, cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on designs. Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and user research to gather feedback, analyze results, and refine designs based on user insights. Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to support development teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with Design Systems—building, maintaining, and applying them across digital products. 3 to 5 years of proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma) and user-centered design methods. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. Previous experience with DGA Platform Code is a plus. Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
