As a key member of our team, you will interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring seamless patient care Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information Utilize knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education Perform routine assessment and problem identification, escalating issues to a pharmacist as necessary Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application Must reside in the state of Nevada Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting Knowledge of medical terminology and health care concepts Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar technology Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
