Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to senior team members as needed.
Staying up-to-date with careerzynith's policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, communications) is an asset.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
