They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee key insurance initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of programs that involve software products, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesStrategic program planning including timelines, and success metrics for technical insurance initiativesDevelop program roadmaps and align initiatives with business strategyFacilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and other teams. Ensure alignment of objectives, deliverables, technical dependencies, and timely deliveryPossess deep understanding of relevant technologies. Guide teams in technical decision-making, architecture, and problem-solvingAnticipate potential obstacles, develop risk management plans, and implement corrective actions to keep programs on trackServe as the primary point of contact for program status, updates, and escalationsFacilitate regular check-ins and reporting to senior leadership and cross-functional partnersManage and communicate changes in project scope, priorities, and requirements. Ensure teams adapt effectively to evolving business needsEnsure transparency and accountability across all workstreamsPartner with engineering leads to scope technical work, define dependencies, and manage resource allocationEnsure deliverables meet business, technical, and compliance standards. Oversee testing, validation, and documentation processesUnderstand system architecture and data flows to anticipate integration challenges and guide resolutionApply knowledge of home insurance workflows, regulatory requirements, and policy administration systems to guide program decisionsCollaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needsEvaluate and refine development processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and team satisfactionMonitor KPIs and program metrics.
