As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, including:

* Serving as the primary point of contact for US Government and Enterprise clients, addressing complex record and charging issues
* Collaborating with Enterprise clients to understand how they use our record and charging services, and providing valuable insights and recommendations
* Conducting in-depth analysis of client records and charging statements to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
* Educating clients on reporting options, warnings, and budgets
* Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed support to Enterprise clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
* Working closely with client service peers around the world to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support
* Driving initiatives to improve client engagement with our record and charging data
* Serving as the Voice of the Client for our Enterprise clients, identifying areas for growth and improvement, and advocating for client needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services
* Working with AWS teams to drive resolution of client issues and improve overall client experience

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients
* 3+ years of experience with advanced Excel skills, including formulas, vlookup, and other functions
* Current, active US Government Trusted status of TS/SCI with Polygraph

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in customer service and record management positions
* A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to resolve client issues
* Demonstrated success in a fast-paced support environment
* Exhibited achievement in driving cross-functional initiatives
* SQL and other database insight skills
* Strong familiarity with web technologies and the web
* Understanding of cloud-based computing and storage concepts
