**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
Upselling when necessary
Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of software applications
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
**Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
Fluency in multiple languages
