**Position Overview**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll assist customers with booking, reservations, and general travel inquiries, providing information on careerzynith's policies, services, and promotions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with booking, reservations, and general travel inquiries

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Customer service experience preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment

* Familiarity with airline industry practices is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
