Our team is made up of talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals to our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a remote Teleperformance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond in a collaborative and engaging environment * Interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same * Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines * Resolving high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment * Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns * Providing support to policy holders with any policy changes requested * Supporting policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience minimum * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Previous experience in a customer-facing role * Knowledge of insurance products and services * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
