You'll need to be able to navigate our websites and internal systems to assist customers with placing orders, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues. Your passion for gardening and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a private and quiet space to take calls and focus on your work.
