As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing expert advice and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and interactions. Here's a glimpse into what you can expect:

* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services
* Passion for gardening and commitment to customer satisfaction
* High-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the gardening or horticulture industry
* Knowledge of gardening techniques and best practices
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools

As a new hire, you will participate in an intensive training program, which will cover:

* Ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

**Work-Life Balance**

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours during peak season. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
