**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, ensuring a positive and helpful experience
* Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment
* Make phone calls to members to discuss their plans, address concerns, and provide information
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
**Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Comfortable with patients in a helpful way that shows interest in improving their quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards
