Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with Amazon products, services, and platforms (preferred but not required).
Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
