As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $30,900 to $46,200, plus a comprehensive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Assisting customers with product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements * Delivering first call resolution with white glove service by owning customer issues to the point of resolution, demonstrating empathy, and keeping customers updated throughout the process * Handling escalated call transfers at a Tier II level support * Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution * Working with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and reach resolution related to customer issues * Executing various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail-oriented) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Self-motivated and results-oriented * Strong detail orientation * Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities * Ability to type 25+ words per minute * Availability to work weekend days and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Experience in a retail environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you can expect: * A competitive salary range of $30,900 to $46,200 * A comprehensive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * A chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
