You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their requests, and providing support to ensure their satisfaction. If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their requests and providing support to ensure their satisfaction * Use knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address issues, provide information, and place orders * Correctly document customer interactions and track call types to maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards * Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability * Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift * Perform all other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED * Minimum 1 year's experience in high-volume calls or call center experience * Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus * Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills * A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently * Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel * SAP experience a plus * Previous experience in the optical industry * Ability to navigate information systems and internet * Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual French speaking * Experience in the optical industry * SAP experience * Previous experience in a call center or high-volume call environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently * Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel * Ability to navigate information systems and internet * Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar * Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees achieve their career goals and develop their skills.
