This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of bright and motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers via phone, email, and chat * Utilize our CRM software and other state systems to perform tasks and duties for HIX customers * Assist individuals with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * Background in health care, human services, or customer service * Experience in data entry and call centers * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment * Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner * Experience with CRM software and other state systems * Knowledge of Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in CRM software and other state systems * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
