**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth. **Requirements**
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
* Quiet, secured workspace
* Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wyoming
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
* Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
