Research and problem-solve to resolve customer complaints, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure timely resolution. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and Team Members. Ability to multi-task, navigating computer systems, taking notes, and maintaining a conversation with customers. Basic computer skills, including data entry, internet browsing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software. High school diploma or equivalent experience, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as a willingness to work overtime as needed. A reliable, high-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, with a webcam and headset for virtual collaboration. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of self-motivation and discipline.
